I- Information and Data:
This is an initial application form, information and data submitted in this application must be true, accurate, and complete.
After acceptance, further information about the student, parents/guardians must be provided by filling the complete school application form.

II- Arranging Meetings and/or Placement Tests:
In order to arrange a meeting or a placement test, the applicant must pay LE 1500 as a downpayment through transferring this amount to the school's bank account, whose details will be provided to the applicant by email after the applicant submits the online application. The applicant will not be able to proceed with the meeting or the placement test without completing this step.

Please note that THIS AMOUNT IS NOT APPLICATION FEES; instead, the applicant will be refunded this amount fully as a paid part of the school fees once the student's application is accepted.

In case the school declines the application for any reason, this amount will be refunded to the applicant fully in cash within 10 working days through the school's Accounting Office.

In case the applicant terminates the application after the application has already been accepted, this amount will not be refunded. This procedure aims to ensure the seriousness of the applications and to protect the school's Intellectual property rights, such as its placement tests and online forms.

III- Application Acceptance and School Capacity:
After submitting the application form and finishing the placement test and/or the meeting successfully, the school will contact the applicant within 3 working days to: fill in a complete, official application form, to continue the remaining procedures and pay the rest of the fees.

In case the application is accepted, but the capacity of the class applied for is complete, the applicant's name will be put on the waiting list of that class, and the school will make a final decision regarding the admission of the waiting student by June 1, 2025, at most.

If the applicant does not wish to be on the waiting list, the school will refund the initial amount (LE 1500) fully in cash within 10 working days through the school's Accounting Office.
